Last Friday, Bank CenterCredit gathered Kazakhstani entrepreneurs at the business meeting dedicated to the effective management and marketing challenges in today's environment. The business development needs and prospects, the importance of supply chains in the economy, and opportunities for optimization of these processes were discussed.
Armanzhan Baitassov (Forbes.kz), Igor Mann (Marketer, Speaker, Author, Publisher), Anton Manin (Head of Supply Chain Finance at Bank CenterCredit), Kumar Mussayev (Partner and Co-founder of Kaizen Center) were the speakers at the meeting.
Anton Manin spoke about the problem of rising production costs and unnecessary money movement using the example of distributors who collect cash from small stores and take it to the bank. The introduction of QR-payment, he said, proved to be a simple and effective solution that reduces costs and simplifies the process for all participants. The Bank also presented its products, including lending, acquiring and remote invoicing, which help business customers tackle their daily tasks more efficiently.
Igor Mann, a well-known CIS theorist and author of books on marketing, co-founder of Mann, Ivanov & Ferber Publishing House, presented two extremely relevant topics for modern business – immediate results marketing and effective customer retention strategies.
Armanzhan Baitassov, businessman and Forbes publisher in Kazakhstan, spoke about the use of creative thinking in business. The actual practices of applying the Japanese Kaizen philosophy that focuses on continuous improvement to boost quality and reduce costs, was covered by Kumar Mussayev.
“Development of businesses of our customers along with the Bank proves the effectiveness of the Bank’s efforts. We see tremendous potential in using modern technologies and financial tools to simplify business processes and reduce costs. Interaction with our customers and partners allows us to create solutions that meet their needs and contribute to sustainable development,” stated Nurlan Shegebayev, Vice President of Bank CenterCredit.
