A POS terminal is equipment used to read bank cards, allowing customers to make cashless payments. If the government revenue committee discovers that an entrepreneur does not have a terminal and it is the first violation, a warning is issued. If the commission finds the violation again within a year, the business owner may be fined between 40 and 80 MCI.
