Using a POS terminal is very simple, here is a brief user guide (link to the guide) and detailed user instructions. (link to the instructions).
Money for the accepted payment is credited to your current account at CenterCredit Bank on the next business day, before 9:00, including weekends and holidays.
Below is the list of main common reasons for a non-working terminal:
1. The battery is dead
Check whether the power outlet to which the POS terminal is connected is working properly. If everything is OK, connect the POS terminal to the charger for 1-2 hours, and then try to turn it on.
2. No Internet connection.
The POS terminal has a backup SIM card from another provider, which is turned on automatically in case of problems with the main one. You can also check the connection with the bank by connecting the POS terminal to the Wi-Fi. Here is a reminder for checking the network connection of the terminal: (link).
If the reasons are different or the described measures did not help, then please call us on the toll-free number 605 - we will definitely help.
The monthly sales amount for each terminal must be at least 300,000 tenge. Turnover accounting begins on the next month after receiving the device, from the 1st.
If the monthly sales amount via the POS terminal is less than 300,000 tenge, an additional commission of 3,000 tenge is charged.
