ATMs will start accepting new banknotes within 3 to 9 months — as soon as ATM manufacturers update their firmware.

Before starting a transaction, check IPT/ADM/ATM for any unusual devices or hidden cameras. If anything looks suspicious or damaged, it is better not to use that machine. When entering your PIN, cover the keypad with your hand or bag to prevent others from seeing your code. Do not get distracted or walk away from the ATM until the transaction is fully completed. If you notice anything suspicious, immediately report it to the bank’s call center.

No, you can set your PIN through the mobile app:

-Select the appropriate card you want.

-Choose “Actions” -> “Settings” -> “Change PIN”.

Create a new PIN and confirm it with the SMS code.

-To receive a temporary PIN, send the word “PIN” followed by the last 4 digits of your card number to 4433.

-Replace the temporary PIN in the mobile app within 24 hours.

When depositing money, ensure that there are no folded banknotes, coins, rubber bands, paper clips, clamps, or other foreign objects among the cash, and that the  number of bills in the stack does not exceed the amount shown on the device screen during the transaction.

If the ATM has a contactless reader (NFC) and your card displays the wave symbol, you can simply tap your card, smartphone, or watch on the contactless reader to easily deposit or withdraw cash without inserting the machine.

There are 2 ways of authorization at the ATM: 1. Via card (if you insert a card into the machine or attach a card, smartphone or watch to the contactless reader). In this case, it is possible to withdraw cash from the card and top up the card, account, deposit, repay a loan, view the balance, and receive a payslip (available for payroll programs). 2.By entering IIN or BIN (if you select the transaction  on the main screen). When authorized via IIN, card, account, deposit top-ups, and loan repayment are available.


At the information-payment terminal you need to select the transaction on the main screen and enter IIN or BIN.


At the automated deposit machine, you need to select the transaction on the main screen and enter IIN or BIN or use card similarly to the ATM.

After completing the transaction, an electronic receipt will be displayed on the ATM screen — it can be photographed or printed

Cash withdrawals and currency exchange services are available at the ATM for customers of other banks.

Funds are credited to the account immediately.

If an e-wallet is installed on your smartphone, you need to tap your smartphone or smartwatch on the contactless reader to start the transaction.

To withdraw money from a current account, please visit a bank branch. To withdraw money from a card, you should first apply for and activate your payment card.
