Bank CenterCredit Approves Issuance of KZT 100 Billion Non-Government Bonds for Private Placement (Board Decision of 18.08.2025)
JSC Bank CenterCredit hereby announces the adoption of the following decision by the Board of Directors on 18.08.2025:
1. To approve an increase liabilities of Bank CenterCredit JSC in the amount of KZT100,000,000,000 (One hundred billion) by issuing non-government bonds subject to the private placement of Bank CenterCredit JSC.
To approve the conditions for the issue of non-government bonds subject to the private placement by Bank CenterCredit JSC.
3. To approve the placement of non-government bonds subject to the private placement among a limited number of investors. The yield on the bonds is fixed for the entire term of the bonds and will be determined based on the results of the first completed auction for the placement of bonds in accordance with the rules of the organizer of the auction, Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC.
