FAQ
BCC QR is a modern payment method that uses QR code scanning, allowing you to pay for purchases without a card, using only your smartphone.
To pay for a purchase, the customer only needs a smartphone with the bcc.kz app. The buyer scans the QR code from your Bank CenterCredit POS terminal (or from your BCC Pay app) – and that's it!
Convenience for your customer means additional income for you, as well as an additional benefit in the form of fee-free on QR code transactions
Any legal entity that is a customer of our acquiring service. You do not need any additional equipment to use BCC QR — all you need is our bank's POS terminal or the BCC Pay app.
1. If you are already a BCC customer:

• Activate payment acceptance via BCC QR as part of your acquiring service
• Start accepting payments with no fees!
2. If you are not yet a customer:
• Open a current account and activate acquiring at BCC – online or at a branch
• Get access to payment acceptance via BCC QR as part of acquiring
• Activate and accept fee-free payments from day one!
Payments made using a QR code arrive on the next working day, just like all other revenue.
Payments can be made using a smartphone, and payments can be accepted using our bank's POS terminal or the BCC Pay app on the seller's smartphone.
Payment via QR is not dependent on the type of card — any card issued by CenterCredit Bank can be used.
