FAQs
#CryptoPay is a premium card linked to the exchange’s crypto wallet.
Top-up and payments are free, and you also enjoy airport privileges.
All you need is an account on the ATAIX Eurasia exchange. Complete identification procedure (KYC) and get Investor or Premium status.
1. Select ‘Open a card’ in the bcc.kz mobile app
2. You’ll receive a letter to your email address you provided when signing up on the ATAIX.
3. Confirm your consent to card opening.
Any offline purchases made at POS terminals. For example, in supermarkets, stores, pharmacies, and other locations.
Online payments using #CryptoPay are unavailable.
1. Add your #CryptoPay to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay.
2. Your USDT crypto assets are sold when paying for purchases.
3. Funds are immediately credited to your card, i.e. your purchase is made as if paying with a regular card.
Note: USDT will be converted to KZT at the rate of the exchange.
Funds are debited in KZT. Conversion from USDT to KZT is performed automatically.
The basic limit is ₸450,000 per month.
This limit can be increased to ₸45,000,000 once the Investor qualification is confirmed.
You can pay for offline purchases only with #CryptoPay. Online payments are not available.
You can top up through the ATAIX crypto wallet balance:
- with cryptocurrency
- with fiat currency via transfer, and then convert it to USDT
- in the bcc.kz mobile app, Cryptocurrency section
Note: currently, only USDT is available for card payments.
The basic cashback is 0.5% on all purchases.
Yes, #CryptoPay supports adding to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay.
No, intrabank transfers and transfers to other banks are not available.
No, ATM cash withdrawals are not available
Currently, #CryptoPay is available for offline POS terminal purchases only.
