How can I top up my card?

You can top up your card from another card or account, with bank transfer from any bank, in cash via cash-in ATMs, terminals or the Bank cash desk.

Can I pay off my card debt ahead of schedule?

Yes, you can pay off the debt until the 25th day of the following month, as well as ahead of schedule at any time of the day online or by replenishing via ATM.

Are pension contributions mandatory for application processing?

No, they are not mandatory. The Bank can consider opening an account without pension contributions.

What is a grace period for the card?

It's a period of time until the 25th day of the following month, during which you can use money and not pay credit interest by paying the debt off in due time.

What kind of transactions refer to preferential transactions?

What is a #kartakarta installment plan?

It allows you to divide the cost of a product or service into equal payments for 3, 6, or 12 months. For instance, if the amount is KZT 30,000, it will be divided into 3 parts of KZT 10,000 each and automatically included in the minimum monthly payment on the card billed by the Bank.

How can I activate the #kartakarta installment mode?

You can enable and disable the installment mode in the BCC.KZ app
