What is included in the coverage?
The insurance covers emergency medical and medical transportation assistance in the event of sudden illness or accident abroad.
Including:
- hospitalization and treatment,
- doctor services and tests,
- ambulance and evacuation,
- emergency dental care,
- repatriation of the body in the event of death.

Does the insurance cover COVID-19?
Yes, COVID-19 is covered when the relevant option is selected while purchasing the policy by ticking the checkbox.
Coverage includes:
- COVID-19 treatment abroad,
- payment of medical expenses,
- reimbursement of ticket and accommodation costs, depending on the selected program.
The insured amount is up to USD 10,000.

Is the insurance suitable for a visa?
Yes, the insurance meets the requirements for visa applications, including Schengen visas.
The policy includes coverage for:
- medical expenses abroad,
- accident insurance,
- emergency medical services,
- coverage amount of up to USD/EUR 50,000,
- validity for the entire duration of the trip.
After purchase, you will receive a policy that can be submitted to the consulate.

Please provide the following information:
- Full name and insurance policy number;
- Reason for your request (symptoms or medical complaint), Country, city, hotel name, and room number;
- Contact phone number;
- A copy of the insurance policy.
Important:
- Please contact the service center within 48 hours of the insured event.
- If the service center is not notified within the required timeframe, the insurance company shall be entitled to deny payment of the claim.
