Changes to SWIFT Transfer Traiffs for Non-Residents

Changes to international SWIFT transfer tariffs will take effect on 1 October 2026. The new tariffs will apply only to customers who are non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The current tariffs will continue to apply to:

• citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• foreign nationals holding a valid residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

For these categories of customers, the fees and procedures for international SWIFT transfers will remain unchanged.
