Bank CenterCredit Completes Redemption of ALBNb5 Bonds

Hereby Bank CenterCredit JSC announces that, in accordance with the terms of the ALBNb5 bond issue (ISIN KZ2C00006062, market "Main", category "Bonds"), the bonds were redeemed on October 28, 2026, including the last 14th coupon payment.

The principal amount is 4 503 656 000,00  (four billion five hundred three million six hundred fifty-six thousand) tenge 00 tiyn, the 14th coupon payment is 242 071 510.00 (two hundred forty-two million seventy-one thousand five hundred ten) tenge 00 tiyn.
