• a bond issue (ISIN KZ2C00016202) subject to private placement in the amount of 100,000,000,000 (One hundred billion) tenge and a maturity of 3 years; 
• a bond issue (ISIN KZ2C00016210) subject to private placement in the amount of 100,000,000,000 (One hundred billion) tenge and a maturity of 5 years.
