Board of Directors’ Decision dated 01.09.2026

JSC Bank CenterCredit hereby announces the adoption of the following decision by the Board of Directors on 01.09.2026:

1. To approve the issue of the fifth bond program of JSC Bank CenterCredit in the amount of 500,000,000,000 (Five hundred billion) tenge.

2. To approve the increase of liabilities of JSC Bank CenterCredit in the amount of 500,000,000,000 (Five hundred billion) tenge through five issues of bonds of JSC Bank CenterCredit within the fifth bond program of JSC Bank CenterCredit.

3. To approve the terms of five bond issues within the fifth bond program of JSC Bank CenterCredit in accordance with Appendices 1-5 to this decision.
