Hereby Bank CenterCredit JSC announces the state registration, effective as of November 21, 2025, with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan of:
- a bond issue (ISIN KZ2C00016202) subject to private placement in the amount of 100,000,000,000 (One hundred billion) tenge and a maturity of 3 years;
- a bond issue (ISIN KZ2C00016210) subject to private placement in the amount of 100,000,000,000 (One hundred billion) tenge and a maturity of 5 years.
