Deposits for Residential Property Management Companies

Save for major building repairs while earning interest with a special deposit designed for residential property management companies offering an interest rate of 7.5% (AEIR: 7.76%).

• Minimum deposit amount: KZT 1,000
• Deposit term: open-ended.
• Additional contributions: unlimited.
• Partial withdrawals: only subject to the availability of Minutes of the Homeowners' Meeting (upon request of the Home Council).
• Interest rate: 7.5%.
• Interest payment: added to the deposit amount (interest capitalization).

Deposit Closure: closed upon the application of the management company, subject to the availability of Minutes of the Homeowners' Meeting. If the deposit is closed within one calendar month from the date the funds are credited, no interest shall be paid. If the deposit is closed after one calendar month from the date the funds are credited, interest shall be paid at the interest rate applicable at the time of deposit closure.

Note: income tax shall be withheld from the interest earned in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
