Connection to the pilot project through the FinOtinish digital platform

Bank CenterCredit has commenced operations on the FinOtinish digital platform developed by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market to improve the mechanisms for handling complaints from consumers of financial services (individuals).

Joining the platform marks another milestone in the Bank’s efforts to strengthen its customer-centric service approach and increase transparency in its interactions with customers. The new digital tool enables financial services consumers to submit complaints to the Bank through a single electronic channel and track the status and outcome of their review online.

FinOtinish provides consumers with a single digital channel for communication with financial institutions. Through the FinOtinish digital platform, consumers of financial services (individuals) can submit complaints to the Bank regarding violations of their rights, disagreements with the Bank’s actions or inaction, and claims related to the provision of financial products and services.

Users can track the status of their submissions and monitor review timelines through the platform. Once submitted, a complaint is automatically forwarded to the Bank.

Complaints may be submitted via: https://finotinish.kz/.

If an issue cannot be resolved at the Bank level, the platform provides an opportunity to escalate the matter to the Banking Ombudsman in accordance with the procedures established by applicable law.

Use of the FinOtinish platform is free of charge and is initiated at the consumer’s discretion. At the same time, connection to the platform does not limit the right of consumers of financial services to use other legal means available to protect their rights and legitimate interests.

The Bank would like to note that customers may use the Bank’s traditional service channels for consultations regarding products and services, service terms and conditions, and other reference information:
