Customers of our bank can now apply for loans online without visiting a branch. All applications are submitted through a secure service, and responses are delivered directly via the bcc.kz app.

You can apply for changes to collateral terms, request copies of documents, submit additional guarantees, and much more. All applications are processed within the established timeframes, and their status can be easily tracked directly in the bcc.kz app.
