Changes in the terms and conditions of the Optimal+ and Premium service packages for business customers

Dear business customers using the Optimal+ and Premium service packages,

Please be notified that the terms and conditions for free external payments will change. The number of KZT payments will be increased as follows:

• Optimal + — from 20 to 100 payments per month
• Premium — from 50 to 250 payments per month

The changes will take effect starting from 04 July 2025.
