Changes in the Bank Card Issue/Re-issue Requirements

On 02 July 2025, changes have been made to the requirement for the number of bank cards issued/re-issued per cardholder.

One customer (cardholder) may open no more than 5 payment cards with a single bank, including corporate cards. All types of cards are counted: credit, debit, premium, and corporate. Children's cards are not included in this limit.
