Changes to Cash Collection Service Tariffs for Business Customers

Dear Business Customers,

Please be informed that changes to cash collection service tariffs will take effect from 1 August 2026.

Standard Terms

• Collection of the customer’s cash proceeds by the Bank branch and crediting to the customer’s current account (VAT included) — 0.1% of the amount, minimum KZT 6,000.

• Delivery of cash to a customer from the Bank’s structural subdivision (VAT included) — 0.03% of the amount, minimum KZT 21,000 per trip for Almaty and Astana; for other regions — minimum KZT 11,200 per trip.

• Tariff for cash proceeds collection from remote (out-of-town) customer locations (VAT included) — KZT 420 per 1 km of round trip distance.

• Escort services for customers with cash and other valuables in hand, including escort of a responsible person (VAT included) — 0.09% of the amount, minimum KZT 32,000 per trip.

Packaged Offers

Optimal+ Package

• Collection of the customer’s cash proceeds by the Bank branch and crediting to the customer’s current account (VAT included) — 0.07% of the amount, minimum KZT 5,700.

Premium Package

• Collection of the customer’s cash proceeds by the Bank branch and crediting to the customer’s current account (VAT included) — 0.05% of the amount, minimum KZT 5,500.

Ultra Package

• Collection of the customer’s cash proceeds by the Bank branch and crediting to the customer’s current account (VAT included) — 0.03% of the amount, minimum KZT 5,200.
