Cashback changes from July 1 for #GoldCard and #DragonCard

Starting June 16, the 10% cashback for purchases in China using #GoldCard and #DragonCard will be discontinued.
However, beginning July 1, a base cashback of 1% will apply to all purchases in yuan.
