Changes to corporate card tariffs for business customers

Dear business customers,

We would like to inform you that changes to the Bank’s corporate card tariffs will come into effect on July 30, 2026:

• cash withdrawals from other banks’ ATMs in Kazakhstan and abroad – 1.5% of the amount, minimum KZT500
• cash withdrawals via POS terminals at the Bank’s cash desks in KZT:
  • Standard tariff – 0.6% of the amount, minimum KZT 1 000;
  •  ‘Free’ package – 0.6% of the amount, minimum KZT 1 000;
  • ‘Optimal+’ package – 0.35% of the amount, minimum KZT 1 000;
  • ‘Premium’ package – 0.25% of the amount, minimum KZT 1 000;
  • ‘Ultra’ Package – no fee
• Withdrawals of foreign currency in cash via POS terminals at the Bank’s cash desks — 1.4% of the amount, minimum KZT 1 000;
• A virtual #BusinessUnion card is issued free of charge; the fee for issuing a plastic card is KZT 2,000 for the Standard tariff and the ‘Free’ package, and KZT 0 for the ‘Optimal+’, ‘Premium’ and ‘Ultra’ packages.

At the same time, the current terms and conditions for topping up via self-service terminals and the preferential limits on cash withdrawals from the Bank’s ATMs remain unchanged.

Please take note of the updated terms and conditions when planning and carrying out transactions using corporate cards.
