Changes to the Rules for Monitoring Currency Transactions
Dear Clients!
We hereby inform you that amendments to the Rules for Currency Operations Monitoring No. 64 dated 04.10.2019 are effective since September 16, 2024, to cancel resident physical entities' operations registration made:
- based on a Brokerage Services Agreement concluded with a non-resident broker;
- based on an Investment Portfolio Management Agreement concluded with a non-resident investment portfolio manager.
Currency contracts of resident physical entities, according to which account numbers were assigned until September 16, 2024, are considered removed from the account registration in the territorial branch of the National Bank and excluded from the register of account numbers.
