PIN Code Change in the Mobile App

Dear customers,

Starting from September 1, the short number 4433 will be deactivated.

You can change your PIN code in the bcc.kz app or by sending an SMS to 505.

To set or change your PIN code, please use one of the following options:

• In the bcc.kz mobile app: go to “Actions” → “Card settings” → “Change PIN code”.
• Send the short number 505 with the text: PIN (or epin) + the last 4 digits of your card number.
