Premium Service Criteria for Private Banking

From September 2025, we will update our premium service criteria.

Each month, by the 10th of each month, the status will be assigned according to one of the following conditions:

Premium

Private

  • Total average monthly balances for the previous calendar month in your accounts (current, card, deposit, unallocated metal accounts, brokerage accounts, and assets in investment instruments) must be equivalent to ₸30 million or more.

Or

  • Total purchases made with #IronCard during the calendar month must be equivalent to ₸3 million or more.
  • Total average monthly balances for the previous calendar month in your accounts (current, card, deposit, unallocated metal accounts, brokerage accounts and assets in investment instruments) must be equivalent to ₸100 million or more.

Or

  • Private Service Package
