FAQ
To join the payroll program, open a card in the bcc.kz app, copy your IBAN (20-digit account number) and the Bank’s BIC, and prepare a free-form application addressed to your manager or chief accountant requesting that your salary be transferred to the new account details. Submit the signed paper application or send a copy through your company’s corporate communication channel.
No. The limits remain unchanged.
Yes, cashback for selected categories and partner cashback will be credited as usual, with an additional 3% at POS terminals.
Cashback is credited after the Bank receives the relevant financial document, which may take up to 7 business days.
The additional 3% cashback at our POS terminals is available to both existing and new payroll and pension customers.
Cashback is credited only for payments made with a physical card or via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or Garmin Pay through a Bank CenterCredit POS terminal.
Online payments, QR-code payments, and payments made in the bcc.kz app do not qualify for the promotion.
No. The promotion does not apply to payments made within the app.
Yes. The extra 3% cashback for purchases made at the Bank's POS terminals counts toward the overall monthly limit of KZT 10,000 for your chosen favorite category.
