Notification of repurchase of ordinary stocks on the initiative of JSC Bank CenterCredit

Dear shareholders!

     Joint-Stock Company Bank CenterCredit, with the registered address at: 38 Al-Farabi Avenue, Almaty, A25D5G0, Republic of Kazakhstan, hereby notifies of the repurchase of ordinary stocks at the initiative of JSC Bank CenterCredit on the following terms:

• Type of shares: ordinary stocks (CCBN - KASE, ISIN KZ0007786572);
• Number of stocks to be repurchased: 15 900 000 stocks;
• Repurchase price: KZT 2 200 per one ordinary stock;
• Repurchase period: starts on 15 April 2025 and ends on 31 December 2025;
• Repurchase conditions: The repurchase is carried out in a non-cash manner and in monetary form on the organized market on the platform of JSC Kazakhstan Stock Exchange in accordance with the internal regulations of JSC Kazakhstan Stock Exchange.
