A payment link is a link used for online payments by a customer. You can send the link to the customer to accept the payment remotely
Personal account → Accept payment → Enter the amount
There are four payment statuses displayed in your Personal Account: “Paid”, “Declined”, “Expired”, and “Active”. Once the first three statuses are finalized, you will receive a push notification in the app
Select the transaction you want to refund → Enter the refund amount (full or partial) → Confirm the refund
