Frequently Asked Questions
You can access your safe deposit box on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
You may stay in the depository for up to 20 minutes.
Through the bcc.kz mobile app
At the branch where the safe deposit box was rented
Access to the box will be blocked, and a daily late fee equal to the daily rental rate will be charged.
You must pay the fee and extend the rental within 30 days after the rental period ends.
If not paid, the contents will be moved to storage.
The storage fee is 300 ₸ per day.
You must visit the branch where the box was rented, submit a lost key application, and pay a fee for lock replacement according to the Bank's tariffs.
No, the paid rental fee is non-refundable in case of early termination.
