At the end of 2026, Bank CenterCredit scored 78 out of 100 in the international S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA). Compared to 2025, the score increased by 3 points, and by 17 points since 2024.

The improved score reflects the development of responsible financing, increased access to financial services, and stronger environmental and social responsibility. Key focus areas include financial inclusion, information security, business ethics, environmental and social risk management, as well as the implementation of the Climate Strategy and the development of green financing.

The Bank’s approach to sustainable development is set out in its Climate Strategy for 2025–2050, Green Financing Policy, Sustainable Development Policy, and Environmental and Social Risk Management Policy. These documents define the principles for integrating ESG factors into business processes and decision-making.

In 2026, the Bank also published its third Sustainability Report, covering the results of 2025. The report was prepared with reference to the international GRI, SASB, and IFRS S1/S2 standards and, for the first time, includes an assessment of the socio-economic impact of the Bank’s activities on Kazakhstan’s economy.

S&P Global CSA is an annual assessment of companies’ environmental, social, and governance practices on a scale of 0 to 100 points. It enables companies’ approaches to ESG factor management and information disclosure to be evaluated.

The full 2025 Sustainability Report is available on the official Bank CenterCredit website.
