Changes to international SWIFT transfer tariffs will take effect on 31 October 2026. The new tariffs will apply only to customers who are non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The current tariffs will continue to apply to:
- citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- foreign nationals holding a valid residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
For these categories of customers, the fees and procedures for international SWIFT transfers will remain unchanged.

Cash deposits into accounts in roubles (RUB), including top-ups via ATMs/IPTs – 5%.
