Hereby Bank CenterCredit JSC informs that on May 13, 2025, the coupon interest on bonds CCBNpp1 (ISIN KZ2C00012664) was paid.

On 26 April 2025, Almaty hosted the Infosecday 2025, a CTF Information Security Tournament organized with the support of Bank CenterCredit (BCC) and the Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU). More than 180 students and young professionals from across Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan attended the event that offered them a unique opportunity to showcase their skills in cybersecurity.

On 25 April 2025, JSC Bank CenterCredit signed a USD 60 million Loan Agreement with EBRD.

Including:

• USD 30 million under the Green Economy Financing Facility, which aims to promote the use of renewable energy and help companies and households to reduce their energy consumption,
• USD 10 million under the Women in Business Programme – these funds will be used to create growth opportunities for women-led SMEs,
• USD 20 million under the Youth in Business Programme, which targets micro, small and medium-sized enterprises led or owned by individuals under the age of 35.

As per the subparagraph 1, paragraph 1, Article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Payments and Payment Systems”, JSC Bank CenterCredit has the right to terminate a bank account agreement (close a current bank account) if there have been no monetary transactions on the client's account for more than one (1) year.

Bank Rights in accordance with Clause 351 of the “Standard Terms for Provision of a Comprehensive Range of Banking Services to Individuals at JSC Bank CenterCredit” (adhesion contract) No. 001:

Subparagraph 24: The Bank may close an account without a corresponding request from the client, regardless of whether there are outstanding claims against the account:

• if there are no funds in the account for more than one year;
• if there is a balance but no movement of funds in the account for more than one year.

Subparagraph 25: Closure of an account does not imply termination of the Agreement of Accession by either party.

Subparagraph 26: If there are no funds in the account for more than one year, the Bank has the right to terminate the service agreement. Notice of termination will be provided by the bank via its website, ATMs, payment kiosks, mobile application, remote banking system, and/or through SMS notification, push notification, or email to the client at least 15 (fifteen) calendar days prior to the proposed termination date. If the account remains without funds after the notice period, the bank will terminate the service agreement and close the account. This notice is deemed sufficient and proper for notifying the client, and by signing the agreement, the client confirms their consent to it. At the same time, the Bank reserves the right not to take these actions, in such cases, the service agreement is not terminated, the account remains open, and the relationship between the parties continues, unless otherwise stipulated in the agreement.

JSC Bank CenterCredit and KZ Recycling LLP signed an Agreement on Provision of a Credit Line in the Amount of 15 Billion Tenge for a Period of 5 Years to provide a payment guarantee in favor of JSC Industrial Development Fund. This agreement will provide further financing for the project to construct a cardboard and paper plant in the Almaty industrial zone.

The plant will be equipped with the latest high-tech production lines and will significantly expand production volumes. The project plans to produce a wide range of cardboard and corrugated packaging, which will have a positive impact on development of domestic production and export activity.

“The bank actively provides loans to the real sector of the Kazakhstan economy, providing financing for projects that contribute to development of industry and creation of new jobs. Support for such important projects as the construction of a cardboard and paper plant is an integral part of our sustainable development strategy. It should be noted that KZ Recycling LLP is one of the largest companies in the wastepaper recycling market in Kazakhstan and is actively developing production of paper, cardboard and packaging. The plant will help increase the volume of manufactured products, which will make it possible not only to improve the quality of domestic production, but also to expand export deliveries.
